Blister inspection and tray checks

Strong of 20 years of improvement, Harlequin is a market point of reference for blister inspection and pharmaceutical tray checks. Harlequin performs checks on different materials and colors, allowing an extremely accurate inspection of tablets, capsules, pills, powders, vials, syringes, ampoules.

The blister inspection system can measure images through an accurate check of pictorial and geometrical parameters, and applies the same algorithms used for tablets/capsules inspection to check products inside pharmaceutical trays.

The Software works under Windows 7 (64 bit) and uses cutting-edge hardware devices PC Based Quad & Octa core CPU’s, very high-resolution cameras and LED light units with custom-design.

    Check of presence, colour and integrity of tablets/capsules packaged on ALU-ALU material. Check of double product presence or foreign bodies in the same cavity.
