SEA Vision brand new Near Infrared Reflectance (NIR) solution HarleNIR is based on Harlequin blister control system. The new revolutionary system is able to perform a chemical composition inspection on pharmaceutical products during the production process.

Thanks to integrated imaging technology HarleNIR can distinguish products directly from their active ingredients. The spectral control acquires the value of spectral bands for each single pixel of an image, in order to identify and distinguish similar products not in terms of shape and colour but in terms of chemical compound.

Thanks NIR Near infrared Reflectance chemical analysis, it is then possible to:

► identify drugs with different active principle (qualitative analysis)

► identify drugs with different dosage or measure their active ingredient uniformity distribution (quantitative analysis)

The HarleNIR hyperspectral system uses the chemical compound presents inside a particular sample to distinguish and identify materials.
